Coarse Grind Podcast the Fourth - with Chef Gary Vadakin (Seasons on Main, Bloomsburg PA)

Well, I've gone and done it again...another interview, and another incredibly interesting and unique perspective on food as life and art.  It's so good, in fact, that my mother listened...and heard my commentary on her brussel sprouts.  (The truth hurts, Mama...the truth hurts...but I still love you.)
